Galya Rosenfeld: Fashionable Felt

I’m simply blown away by these Modular Series pieces made by designer Galya Rosenfeld. Sculptural, tactile, and fun. Why they’re fabulous: her garments, accessories and textiles are meticulously made from scraps of felt, that fit together like a delicate puzzle. Sans stitching, zippers, or buttons. It takes a mathematician to explain to me how this modular system works, but Galya has perfected it and elevated it to eco-couture art. Simply amazing. Go to Gaylarosenfeld.com to see more of her work. Thanks to Treehugger for the find.
